Cuvée Charles by Charles Collin is a light and elegant champagne, comprising 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir, and makes a great accompaniment to cold meat dishes – try serving with antipasti for a unique, continental combination. Also available, Arnaud de Cheurlin Rosé Brut is a fresh, full-bodied Pinot Noir, which complements roasted meats and berry desserts, for the more traditional Valentine’s offering.
